Daily prompt: What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?

That’s a good question.

Since being extruded from the gestation pod, I’ve had several opportunities to re-evaluate my personal goals, especially those that relied on the particularities of the human form. I’ll not be mountain climbing anymore as I’ve traded my arms and legs for aqueous tentacles.

So, my new personal goal is the integration with our visitors and unify the human and Atelien consciousnesses. Perhaps the hardest part will be to keep my corporeal integrity during the critical combination phase. I am honored to be the second to attempt the ritual and hope to fare better than my predecessor.
